Leadership levels

  1. Chairman’s mandate:
  • He will be the chief spokesperson for various activities in the community;
  • Presides over all committee meetings and all group meetings and actively supervises the implementation of group decisions;
  • He will give a speech to the general assembly to determine the conduct, achievements, problems and expectations of the group in accordance with the Treasurer’s reports and the secretary-general;
  • Represent the UMC on the authority of the government and various relationships with other organisations;
  • Shall adjourn the general assembly and executive committee;
  • Shall allow the investigation of UMC’s assets and liabilities;
  • Approves, with his signature, the costs discussed by the executive committee or the general assembly;
  • Will have a preferential vote when reaching certain decisions;
  • He is an APITA of UMC.

2. The Vice-Chairman’s responsibilities are:

  • To represent the Chairman;
  • To direct and represent the Chairman in the question of the proceedings of the committee in practice.

3. The Secretary-General of the UMC will have the following responsibilities:

  • Shall preside over the meetings of the executive committee;
  • To maintain documentation of sessions;
  • To report minutes and reviews of committee meetings;
  • To monitor the documentation of the UMC sessions;
  • To compile a report on all plans to discuss: the status of members, financial contributions, projects and trends of the entire regional organisation;
  • May represent the Charman or one member of the executive committee at the request of the committee;
  • He or she may be represented by his / her deputy at any time while under restraint.

4. The vice-secretary is responsible for all the duties of the secretary and represents the secretary when he or she is prevented.

5. The treasurer shall have the following responsibilities:

  • To take care of all the money of the community at the Bank and also at the specification documents;
  • Receiving monthly contributions and open contributions;
  • Provide financial accounting information to the executive committee and general assembly;
  •  Read income and expenditure information at UMC’s executive committee and general assembly of UMC.

6. The role of Vice-treasurer:

  • He is responsible for raising money in the treasury sector;
  • Takes care of the treasurer if he is to be detained;
  • He represents Treasurer.

7. The executive committee advisors have the responsibility to:

  • Investigate UMC’s performance in leadership;
  • Discuss in committee sessions, problems and to communicate goals;
  • Represent the complaints and proposals of Babondo during the sessions;
  • Problem-solving and maintaining communication through the traditions and customs of Babondo;
  • Encourage stakeholders to collaborate and support various project plans, ideas and skills in the implementation of UMC planning;
  • Represent the committee or member when one or both of them has been referred to the petition for the benefit of UMC.
