
United Kingdom M’bondo Community (UMC) has the following organs at the leadership level:
– the General Assembly;
– Executive Committee;
– Different units or Departments and sectors (Manchester, BOBURO, Sheffield, Bradford, East Midland, Norwich, Scotland and London).
The General Assembly is the highest authority of the UMC. It is represented by every M’bondo and leaders from the Babondo sectors. The General Assembly meets (4) times a year at the call of the executive committee.
UMC Executive Functions:
– To conduct the election of bipolar leaders if necessary;
– To approve the resolutions and recommendations of the Babondo executive committee;
– To receive, read and approve the annual report of the union of the Babondo in relation to the UMC plans;
– Approving annual income and expenditure reports;
– Discuss all aspects of the session agenda;
– Allowing the executive committee to make an annual budget.
The UMC executive committee is a unit that deals with issues such as:
– To carry out the duties imposed by the general assembly;
– Providing information at meetings related to community activities;
– To discuss and solve the problems that arise in society.
The functions of the executive committee session include:
– Planning of general conference agendas;
– Recommending donation rates;
– encourage repayment of contributions and represent them.
The members of the executive committee will be elected at a meeting of the General Assembly of UMC. The leadership positions are:
– Chairman;
– Vice-Chairman;
– Secretary-general;
– Vice-secretary;
– Treasurer;
– Vice-treasurer;
– Advisors.
