M’bondo Europe held its General Assembly meeting in Cavan, Ireland, where different delegations were represented. These are delegations from the Kingdom of Belgium, France, the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Danmark.
Friday 07 June 2019 around 4pm, under the chairmanship of Charles Asukulu Yunu Mukalay Mas 2, President of Mbondo Europe, the Board of Directors, constituted as a technical committee, met to discuss the terms of the work, adopt the program / order of the day to be debated during the plenary at the General Assembly. The meeting ended around 10:40 p.m.
During that meeting, different delegations attended. Mbondo Europe President Mas 2 briefly explained the history of our organisation and its objectives.
During the meeting, certain resolutions were taken, for the proper functioning of our organisation and for the unity of Babondo, here in Europe continent.
During the General Assembly session held on Saturday 08 June 2019 in Cavan, Ireland, the President of Mbondo Europe made a point of presenting the overall health of our organisation and the challenges to be met for the smooth running of the organisation. After discussions, various resolutions were also adopted.
The meeting held in Cavan, Ireland was a success. The accommodation, catering and transport organisation, as well as the festive entertainment after our General Assembly, were impeccable and especially with our Majorette sisters who, in semi-traditional outfits, gave a very beautiful demonstration of rhythmic choreographic dances to the sound of music and Bembe chants.
